Property was well kept. Good eating out places in the vicinity.

Staff were really fantastic, very easy to reach and super helpful! Breakfast was excellent, pool was a great bonus and we had it all to ourselves! Enjoyed delivery for dinner thanks to staff recommendation, plus use of the full kitchen on the main floor. Wlan worked perfectly, samsung tv had no Abos on it but was still nice to have. Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Soft towels, soft flluffy bedding, comfy bed, good tea kettle and hairdryer. Incredibly important for me: there were no strong fragrances or bad smells anywhere at all. Not familiar with the immediate area but location worked well for our plans.

We went with a group of friends, and there were 12 of us with the kids. This place is very suitable for groups. There's a nice snack bar downstairs, a carpet flex area where kids can play, a sauna for adults, and a small indoor pool for everyone. You reserve the pool for yourself for 1 hour with an appointment system. They don't accept customers from outside. They offer discounts for groups and long-term pool and sauna usage and there's a beautiful garden with newly planted grass. We reached Schönbrunn Palace in a 15-minute walk. (Or 3 stops with tram.) The metro station is 2 tram stops away from the hotel. We mostly preferred walking. With the U3 metro line, you can go directly to centre of wien.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the whole atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, no fuss and very youthful. we can recommend especially for young people, or families.

The room is stunning, it's a mix of classy, modern and comfortable, it's very spacious with great details and finishing touches, my girls and i loved it!! And currently planning to visit in the future. The location is great, take advantage of it to move downtown and enjoy the scenery, galleries, a few local shops, restaurants and tourist points. The staff are kind, pacient, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend! love from Mozambique!!!
